Kilo’s first overseas endeavor is situated on the beautiful shores of Bali, along the Jalan Drupadi stretch in the vibrant Seminyak district. Opened in September 2014, Kilo Seminyak offers Kilo’s signature dishes, but also presents specials that are created with local ingredients and produce in mind in the hopes of transforming the sharing experience while captivating the diner’s imagination and palate. Distinguished by unconventional and modern minimalist architecture that challenges the traditional landscape, Kilo Seminyak offers a quiet respite away from all the hustle and bustle.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
FOOD TASTING
Food tasting is available at for 2 people at IDR 500,000 at a corresponding Kilo outlet. For every additional person joining the tasting, add Rp 150,000 surcharge will incur. This amount will be deducted when you are making a final deposit for the event.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Kilo Group is not responsible for any items provided by the client for the event (ie. addi- tional beverages or foods, décor, flowers, cake, gifts, glassware, crockery & cutlery.)
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Kilo at Home will aim to provide alternatives for guests with special dietary requirements or allergies. We will require a minimum of 14 days notice of these requirements prior to the event.
PAYMENT
A minimum deposit of 50% of the event cost is needed to confirm and save the date and is expected to be made 30 days before the event. A full pay-ment is expected to be made latest 3 days prior to the event date. In the event of a short notice booking (below 30 days) or if you are unable to make the payment on the agreed date, please kindly inform us. Prices are subject to changes unless a deposit of 50% is paid by the due date.
TIME SCHEDULE
The client agrees to begin the event promptly at the confirmed time the guests are expected to arrive. The client further agrees to pay over- time charges or other expenses incurred if the event continues past the indicated end time.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
• For cancellations made 15 days before the event date, 100% of the total F&B cost will be refunded.
• In the event of a cancellation 7 – 14 days before the event day, Kilo Catering will refund 50% of the total F&B cost.
• In the event of a cancellation less than 7 days, Kilo at Home will refund 10% only.
• For extraordinary cases happening within 7 days leading to cancellation of the event (natu- ral disasters, etc.), Kilo at Home may accept re-schedule or refund up to 50%.
GUEST CONFIRMATION
Please inform us the final numbers of attending guests 14 days prior to the event. Any changes within 14 days may not be accepted.
PRICE VARIATION
• Children attending the event between the ages of 12-17 years, are payable at the same rate as adults and not included in the alcoholic bev- erage package.
• If under 12 years of age, they are chargeable at half the adult price (but not included in the min- imum guest numbers required).
• Children under 6 years old will be free of charge. All children under 17 will be charged IDR 250,000 / child for free flow non.
• alcoholic beverages.
