From its humble beginnings back in 2011, The Jam Parlour series has grown steadily to become 6 years later a respected night that won its credentials from the community. Privileging quality over quantity, the philosophy has always been to work with the right people and to never compromise on the music. Since late 2015, The Jam Parlour has found the best home at Kilo Lounge and it is been an amazing collaborative journey, only to be continued!

Originally from south Japan, currently based in Hong Kong and taking music direction at “oma”, a small club in basement, Taku Hirayama’s passionate attitude for music with his resident party “Junktion” have connected with many DJs and upcoming talents across the globe. An avid traveller, he’s led the crowd from small dancefloors to outdoor festivals world wide, and has secured the coveted spot of playing in Berghain in the summer of 2017 while on his second EU tour.
Resonating his appreciation for dance music with a bunch of curated track collections and environmental surroundings, Hirayama’s sets drip with groove and seamless mixes of techno, house laced with chill, ambient and experimental music.
