EJ MISSY
From an avid clubber who spent most of her weekends soaking up the electronic dance music scene in Singapore and it’s region since the early ‘90s, to quite a fiesty beat-serving jock behind the console, it was yet another natural progression for this self-taught DJ. Through her versatility she eventually developed an impeccable taste in electronic music, digitally-coutured mostly for the discerning audience.
Scored the JUICE DJ Quest Champion title in 2008, EJ breathes by the DJ console, meddling diligently with downtempos, bar grooves, house, deep house, tech house, minimal and techno. Above all, EJ prides herself in having the belief that you can always buy skill but not taste.
Currently, when not wearing a marketer, dj booker and resident hat at kyo, can be found serving beats and bass in bars and clubs in Singapore and its region, aiming always at the most discerning ears.
AMY DABBS
Born and bred in London, Amy grew up surrounded by music. Inspired by what she heard, in the following years Amy went on to gain her own musical education experiencing the electronic music scene across the UK from Liverpool’s Cream to London’s prestigious The End. With her boundless energy behind the decks and over a decade dedicated to her DJ career, Amy has earned the accolade of being able to play out across London on a regular basis, as well as at Alpfresco festival in Austria. She also plays as half of house music duo Another Late One who put on parties across London, playing alongside headliners such as Lukas and Shur-I-Kan.
