Think: American funk and soul music spun through the night by DJ Brendon P; classic American cocktails featuring American spirits, shaken up by Proof & Co.; craft beers by Coronado Brewing Company hailing from California; and of course, hearty meat platters, served up by both Camp Kilo and Decker BBQ.
