Kilo Lounge has earned a quick embrace into the local DJ collective fold, with funk, hip hop and Latin nights already in the mix since the soft launch of the space in January. It’s not hard to see why: there’s a comfy realness and Scandi-cool vibe to the loft space, with unfussy concrete walls (yes, more industrial chic), seriously comfortable loungers, dim lights and minimal Danish-like furnishings, not to mention 360-degree views of the surrounding area out of hastily whitewashed large windows.
